Coffee, tea and matcha wholesale: bagged coffee, tea bags and ceremonial matcha by the case
Coffee and tea are the two wholesale searches every café and office manager eventually types. The answer is not one roaster — it is a short list of bagged coffee, a tea wall that actually sells, and a matcha you can defend.
Bagged coffee for retail and brewing
Organic and fair-trade whole bean and ground coffee in 10–12 oz bags, 6 to a case, from roasters your customers already recognize. For a café the bag on the shelf is retail; for an office it is the pantry brew.
The tea wall
Twenty-count boxes in cases of 4–6 across green, black, herbal and wellness lines. Keep it to twelve facings: a classic black, an earl grey, a green, a chamomile, a ginger, a peppermint, two wellness blends and the seasonal. Everything else sits.
Matcha
Ceremonial-grade matcha is a first-harvest, stone-ground powder; culinary or latte grade is coarser and cheaper. Cafés use culinary for lattes and sell ceremonial tins at the counter. Our own Strabella ceremonial matcha and whisk sets are on the list at wholesale alongside the branded tea lines.
