Wholesale beverages by the case: sparkling water, functional drinks and barista milks
Beverages are the category where the cash-and-carry hurts most: cases are heavy, they take the whole trunk, and the specialty brands your customers ask for are not on the warehouse shelf. Here is how the wholesale beverage list breaks down for a café, an office and a corner store.
Cold box: what moves
Premium sparkling water in glass and cans, flavored still water, functional and adaptogen drinks, cold brew and ready-to-drink tea. Cases are 12 or 24; glass is heavier and higher-ring. In beach cities the sparkling and flavored water lines run twice the winter volume from May to September.
Barista milks and creamers
Shelf-stable oat milk built for steaming (the barista formulations) and dairy-free creamers are the backbone of a café order. Cases are 6 × 32 oz for oat milk and 12 × 11 oz for creamers; both sit on the shelf unopened for months, which is why they belong on a standing order rather than an emergency run.
Syrups and sweeteners
Flavored syrups in 12.7 oz bottles come 4 to a case; sugar-free and seasonal flavors turn fast in fall. Pair them with agave, raw honey and stevia packets for the condiment bar.
Ordering rhythm
Beverages are the easiest category to put on a standing weekly order because the mix barely changes. Set the crate once, bump the sparkling water in summer, and let it run.
