Wholesale snacks and protein bars for offices and micro-markets
Office snack programs cost close to retail when they come in a curated box. The same brands cost a fraction by the case; you just needed a wholesaler that delivers to a reception desk and does not require a $1,500 drop.
The pantry mix
Protein and oat bars, grain-free chips, popped chips, better-for-you cookies, chocolate bites and dried fruit. Six to twelve bars per case, six to twelve bags per case. Variety is the point of a pantry, so buy more SKUs in fewer cases rather than pallets of one thing.
Micro-market operators
Operators serving several locations consolidate on one route day and split cases across sites themselves. Standing orders from $500 per delivery, delivery included; several delivery addresses on one account, one invoice per location.
Sizing by headcount
A working rule for a mixed pantry is one case of bars and one case of chips per 15–20 people per week, plus a case of sparkling water per 10. Start there, watch what empties first, and shift the crate.
