Wholesale suppliers for resellers: invoices, UPCs and case packs for Amazon, Walmart and eBay sellers
Every reseller guide says "find a wholesale supplier". Few explain what a good one looks like from the marketplace side: itemized invoices, UPCs that match the listing, case packs that fit a shipment plan, and stock that is there when you reorder.
The invoice test
A wholesale invoice should carry your business name, the supplier's business name and address, the date, and each line with product name, UPC, quantity and case pack. Marketplaces reviewing a category ask for exactly that; whether they approve is their call, but an invoice that fails the format fails before anyone reads it.
UPC-level case packs
A case of 12 is 12 sellable units of one UPC. Build purchase orders at the case level, map each UPC to its listing before you order, and keep a per-UPC landed cost (case price plus your share of freight and prep) — that number, not the unit price, decides whether an ASIN is worth restocking.
Standing purchase orders
Once you know your weekly sell-through, a standing PO every two or four weeks removes the reorder lag that puts listings out of stock. Edit the crate before cutoff when velocity changes; skip a cycle when you are overstocked.
Shipping to FBA or a prep center
We ship purchase orders from California to your warehouse, your prep center or Amazon with case labels on request; freight is quoted at cost on the invoice. Unit-level prep is quoted per PO.
Excel export
Approved members can download the whole list — UPC, product name, unit price, units per case, case price — and run it through their own tools before building a PO.
