From list to dock

1. Register at /register; a person approves the account and emails your sign-in link.
2. Build the PO on the product list: search 45,000+ SKUs and add full cases at the case price shown — nothing is sold by the unit.
3. Invoice with freight in 48 hours — we confirm stock; out-of-stock lines are flagged with the next availability date; shipping is added at cost.
4. Approve and pay — net-15 after three paid deliveries and a credit check; until then card, wire or ACH on approval. Minimum PO $10,000 in product.
5. We pick, pack and ship one consolidated order: your warehouse, your 3PL, or Amazon-ready with case labels.
6. Delivered in 7–10 days for stocked items; special-order lines are quoted per line.

Pricing and paperwork

• Prices on the list are our wholesale prices — one flat wholesale price per case, freight added at cost on the invoice.
• You receive our invoice and packing list; brand authorization letters where the brand provides them.
• California resale certificate required for tax-exempt purchases; export buyers provide forwarder details.

The weekly cycle

1. Order by Wednesday 8:00 PM Pacific. Online at /order, or send your list by text or email (approved accounts).
2. Thursday we consolidate every account into one purchasing run.
3. Delivered the following Wednesday or Thursday on our routes: Wednesday — Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley; Thursday — Santa Ana, Tustin, Orange, Anaheim, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills.
4. Items we keep in stock (marked in your price list) ship on the next route after you order.

Minimums and delivery

• $500 minimum per delivery, delivery included — we run routes, not drop-offs.
• Orders of $3,000+ are quoted per account (pallet-level buys).
• Crate Club standing orders from $500 per delivery ship on schedule at the same flat price.

Pricing and payment

• Everything is sold by the case at a flat wholesale price; your price list is emailed when your account is approved and updated when our prices move.
• First order: 10% off the product subtotal; the $500 minimum is measured on the product total after the discount.
• Net-15 after three paid deliveries and a credit check; until then card, wire or ACH on approval — the same rule for Crate Club and standard accounts.

• California seller's permit on file for resale items; sales tax applies otherwise.

Returns and shortages

Damaged or wrong items are credited on the next invoice — tell us within 48 hours of delivery. If an item is short, it drops from your invoice and we tell you before delivery, never after.
