Newport Beach runs on small footprints and high rents. Marina Avenue and Balboa Peninsula shops have no back room to speak of, the Newport Center towers have pantries on every floor, and the coffee bars along PCH and in Corona del Mar sell more oat milk per square foot than anywhere else on our routes. Nobody here has time to drive inland to a cash-and-carry.

Local note
Peninsula and island stops get first slots on the Wednesday route (before 9 AM) so the truck is off Balboa Boulevard before beach parking fills. Summer weekend volume roughly doubles at Balboa and CdM counters — standing orders can step up from June to Labor Day and back down after.
